Purchased Product Tracking

TrueWeb not only tracks your customers purchases with the invoicing system, it also creates "Receipts" for every product purchased through your system. This allows you and your customers to track the status of purchased products and supports virtual product purchasing. Virtual product purchasing enables you to sell virtual products (i.e. eBooks, Banner Advertisements, Directory Listings, etc...) as well as physical products (i.e. Books, Clothing, etc...) on your Web site. Typical E-Commerce systems only support basic physical product purchasing.
