TrueSource provides co-located server hosting in our network operations centre for the specific purpose of improving TrueWeb Web site performance. Web sites that can potentially receive Web page hits of more than 50,000 per day or 1,000,000 per month must have their own dedicated server. TrueSource will maintain backup Web server redundancy for all sites running on their own Web servers to ensure the highest levels of service. A 1 GHz entry level server with 512 Mb of ram will be able to handle around 500,000 hits per day or 15,000,000 hits per month depending on the complexity of each page.

Server Co-Location

Each server co-located at TrueSource requires a monthly fee to cover space, utility, and other costs associated with co-locating your server.

Web Server Management

This service covers any management of the TrueWeb service on your Web server. Any other server management will be billed at our regular network administration hourly rate.

Database Server Management

This service covers nightly local database backups and any management of our TrueWeb service on your database server. Any other server management will be billed at our regular network administration hourly rate.

Server Backup

This service covers nightly incremental back up and weekly full backup with offsite storage of all TrueWeb and server critical data. Any other application data backups will be billed at our regular network administration hourly rate.
